Nicola was Good. Massage was good for myself. Although my partners night was ruined as we were so looking forward to a couples massage and he got taken by Nicole’s colleague 45 mins late and she only “massaged” him for 20 minutes and no longer as she ran late doing nails and then says to him if he wants a “good” “firm” massage he’d be better waiting until I was finished to be massaged by nicola. Was not professional from her or a pleasant experience for him at all. Poor service.

Nicole was so warm and welcoming for our treatments. Lewis really enjoyed his deep tissue massage and I really loved all three of my treatments. Will definitely book more if we ever stay at parklands again

My tan was very patchy, some parts of my body were a lot darker than others and there was streaks. Unfortunately I was really disappointed and would not recommend a spray tan here. I tried to contact the beautician and have had no reply.

The salt scrub was amazing. My skin felt so soft afterwards. Nicole was lovely, she explained what she was doing and I felt totally comfortable.
