Arrived & was told therapist had left, the therapist then returned, it was 10 minutes into my app time. During treatment people started chapping door and the lady actually opened the door twice to speak whilst I lay on table.she never asked if pressure was ok & was way to soft for what I wanted,she then finished 10 mins early,meaning I paid for 90 & got 70mins. During treatment people chatted outside & I worried someone would come in again,highly unprofessional & not relaxing Experian I paid for
Felt wonderful after my deep tissue massage from Nicole, back was a little sore although after a few hours that subsided and i felt great.
