Very informative and just what I needed to start addressing my tension. I started asking about the different muscles affected and Emilio was happy to explain everything as he went along. For points of higher tension, he explained everything that he was doing and reminded me at many moments to speak up if there was pain. If it’s your first appointment & you have a lot of tension I’d recommend more than an hour, it goes by quicker than you think. But Emilio made sure to cover as much as possible

I had a total of 6 massage with Emilio and I have to say I am really happy with the results on my glutes and legs. And so it is my boyfriend who noticed the improvements ☺️☺️
