Always a fantastic wax - this wax has worked so well for me, you can tell it's good quality. Staff is friendly and very efficient. Moved house but still going back because I have never had a good wax in London before this place.

Compared to other deep tissue massages this was OK (Fair), nothing more. I've had more intense & better ones before & I can tell better techniques are used. Apart from the massage: I feel the staff can make the experience slightly easier:
Simple greetings rather than looking confused. Asking if there are any specific areas to focus on or any tightness that requires attention. Interaction needs improving. I've never been asked to grade the message on leaving, while staff watching you. Awkward.
