The staff were lovely. I arrived early but they offered me refreshments and were still able to accommodate me. The lady doing my wax was very friendly and made me feel at ease. The treatment was very quick and professional- the staff are very knowledgable

friendly helpful staff but the venue set up felt a bit like a house rather than a spa. Very good massage though and good value for money.
