When I first went in, the cleaner opened the door and so I had to wait for the therapist to arrive. After specifically selecting a female massouse I was asked by the manager if I would like a male massouse because the female massouse is not properly trained ... in other words she was not very good. I went in to release the pressure on my back but I had to show the massouse where to target on my back. My £50 was a waste. I didn’t even realise the massouse had finished the session because she just left the room without saying anything. Terrible experience.
