Great wax as always. Very accommodating as I needed to reschedule quite last minute. I was made to feel very welcome and given lots of good advice on care between waxes. End results were fab ;)

My experience was generally good. I had a male therapist though for a Hollywood. He put me at ease, but I think I should have been asked. I would have felt more comfortable with a woman. There was also no towel to put over me after I’d undressed and was waiting for the therapist to come back in, so felt very exposed.
