Everyone seemed very friendly, place looked very very clean which I liked. First impressions, the door of the room opens straight into the reception which made me feel quite exposed, also the reception desk is literally opposite so you can hear every word they say over the ambient music. The worst part was the facial, the first part went pretty standard, but someone knocked on the door while I had my face mask on and the professional left me saying it needs to be on for 10 minutes which will be followed by a massage, toner and moisturiser.. 20 minutes later a DIFFERENT lady comes in and wiped off the mask and put some moisturiser on.. I got a 2 minute face massage because I said I had to tell her that I hadn't had anything after the mask. This new lady prepared me for my body massage and she left the room and then another lady entered to do the massage, this lady was very thorough and I really enjoyed the massage but the first 2 ladies I found to be quite unprofessional, no explanation given for the change of staff, no apology given for the time delay or like warning that someone else was coming to take over it was very confusing.
