Staff friendly but the towels in my treatment room for my massage were definitely not fresh and that was off putting. I booked the hour massage and I felt that they strongly pushed me into getting the half back massage half facial as an ‘upgrade’ and because she said id only get ten mins on my back otherwise. The facial wasn’t anything special but the massage was quite good. I’d say it was still good value but don’t expect a relaxing or luxurious experience.

The first thing the therapist pointed out was my "problems" throughout the treatment she kept making comments about my acne problems which made me feel very insecure and I was unable to enjoy the treatment because of this. I felt like I was being judged throughout the treatment. I didn't expect to go for a treatment like this and come out feeling worse about myself. The treatment was sold as a dermalogica facial however they didn't use dermalogica products. Really disappointed.
