Massage and facial were nice. The staff member was lovely and did a good job. A lack of ‘salon’ atmosphere, more office like.

Products and staff were very good. I unfortunately was 15 mins late (heavily pregnant) and didn’t expect the time added on however when I looked at my watch when finished my treatment had only been 25mins which was much less than the hr I had paid for, even taking into account my lateness. Wouldn’t buy again as a result

Nice airy salon and warm welcome. As first-time customer I was offered to swap my 60minute massage for a 30min back/neck/shoulder plus a 30min facial, which I accepted. The towels on the bed felt damp, and I later found my skirt is ruined with oil stains from where I was lying on the towel.The massage was pretty awful, and lasted approx 15 mins. The masseuse had very dry skin (or might have been a plaster) on one hand which was very scratchy and unpleasant during effleurage, which was more like stroking with no pressure behind it. During the massage she several times used elbow with heavy pressure on my kidneys and glancing off bone - she had no sense of when to reduce pressure and seemed not to know how to avoid bones!
However the facial was excellent - very relaxing and the therapist (different person than the massage) answered my questions honestly and without a sales pitch.
I'd go back for facial or probably hair removal etc. therapy but not the massage!

Really enjoyed my massage and I was even able to change from full massage to just my back neck and shoulder with a facials. It was great!
