Horrendous experience. Was undercut by 20 minutes of my treatment, swapped out by 2 members of staff without explanation, one girl had long fake nails which scratched my face throughout the 2nd half of the treatment. The music turned off half way through and I was left multiple times throughout my treatment. Overall the worst spa treatment I’ve ever received. I did email the company yet no reply. I would not recommend.

Genuinely the most horrific experience. Girl seemed to be under qualified and wax burnt the skin. Also could not remove all the hair despite repeatedly trying on the same area and so asked me to return the following day. I have called twice to put in a complaint and sent a complaint email and I have had no response! Despite the receptionist promising to call me back. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone.
