The table / bed which you have to lay down in was rather slim, not a solid strong bed. At times it felt like there was not enough room to feel relaxed. The water leaked and when I asked for something to soak up. The therapist said: “ I don’t have anything to soak up the extra water. It’s because your muscles are weak.” I was shocked at this, as the water felt uncomfortable and slightly embarrassed by her rebuttal. She grabbed some tissues and then mysteriously a large sheet. Poor.

I arrived at the venue and signed in via the iPad and waited to be seen. I was welcomed by Renda who was lovely and filled out a short form regarding my medical health. Renda filled me in on what to expect and then started the colonic. The room was very clean and calming. Little to no pain when inserting the tube. During the process there were moments of stomach cramping and slight discomfort but nothing major - massage helped. Booked another session as 1st session doesn’t release much.
