Blow dry was okay but definitely something I could’ve done myself at home. I paid £30 for Ela to put some straighteners on my hair and curl the ends. She also insisted multiples times that I was in a hurry even though I explained to her that I wasn’t. Treatment is supposed to take half an hour however she had finished with me after 10 minutes. Terrible terrible!
