The staff were welcoming and friendly, however I did have some issues:
- Hami was nice, but she made my nail bleed and it was painful.
- when I called a few days before the appt, I confirmed that the price on treatwell was final and they confirmed. However after my appt I was told I have to pay an additional cost of up to the same amount I’ve already paid, which felt very sly.
- I was told that this is because they offer better service but I’m sure I shouldn’t have bled if that was the case.
