Flo butchered my curly hair! Asked for a restyle to keep length but she hacked it from waist-length to collarbone. Yanked a brush through dry curls, used icey water, dragged me up by my collar from the sink, cut it wet (which ruins curls), razored off my natural shape, then shamed my hair's condition. Zero respect, zero skill with curly hair. Never again - she destroyed my hair and my trust. Worst salon experience ever.
