Lovely atmosphere. Offered a beverage on arrival and seen immediately by wonderful staff. Mahsa did my nails exactly like my photo. She was so precise with the small brush for full coverage. Great quality and service. Highly recommend.

Okay experience. The colour I requested didn’t work so staff worked hard to recreate the look, however clean up around nails, I ended up bleeding and lots of my skin was peeling after the manicure

Haircut......charged extra for "layers" that didn't happen. Ive never known a salon charge extra for this. Was explicit that my hair was heavy and needed layering to help with that. Was offered volumising shampoo as a separate purchase to help with lift.Ended up with a bob feathered around my face. No layering whatsoever. Agreed for 2 inches cut, ended up more like 5. Went in with " long hair" that again treatment came at an extra cost and came out with a shoulder length bob.
