I did not get the treatment I booked and she picked for all the colours for me which were not like the inspiration picture at all.

My appointment was a last minute walk-in, so it was great they could fit me in. The main issue was pricing. When I booked the price was £35, but before starting they said if was £45 due to lenth of hair and then a further £10 to use curling tongs. The final blown dry was fine and everyone in the salon was lovely. Just pricy for what I wanted.

It is not BIAB, they just apply extra layer to a gel polish. Manicure was done in a rush and doesn’t look accurate at all. The instruments didn’t look very clean and no disinfectant was used.
The staff and ambiance is very nice though.
