Flora did an excellent job! She listened to my preferences, even though I had previously colored my own hair, which made things a bit challenging for her. However, she delivered fantastic results in the end.
The atmosphere was great, and the staff were very welcoming. Overall, I was really pleased with the service I received.

Hami was lovely, this was my first lash lift so it felt a little strange to be sat with my eyes closed for so long but she made sure I knew what has happening and how long things had to sit before the next step. Overall a great experience and I love my lashes, they're perfect for no or minimal makeup days when I just need to run out the door.
