Very cold approach didn’t speak to me at all unless she was given me a instruction. Haven’t experienced anything of the sort. Great customer service goes a long way the first thing she stated was your hair is not medium it’s long bare in mind my hair is not long at all, there was a price difference in relation to hair length all she said was it’s company policy . I just couldn’t be asked to argue my point and just agreed I will never be returning to this hair salon .

Mahsa was very friendly and efficient. I love having my nails done at MEDIVINE because the place is immaculate and the nail technicians are first class. I thourghly enjoy the experience .
