I normally have a great experience at Medivine. But I have scarring on my top lip and eyebrow after my wax, must have ripped the skin in a couple placed. Seems to be a one off as it's never happend before at Medivine.

I was left with a very bad rash the next day. When I got home I realised there were patches of hair that weren’t waxed. I still have a rash and ingrown hairs as a result of the treatment. It looks awful and has affected my holiday experience and made me self conscious.
