It was a very bizarre experience all round. The communication was very poor throughout. On arrival the staff looked shocked and confused to have a customer, even though I’d pre booked. They hardly spoke, didn’t check how much to cut off, it was too much. They put on a massage chair but didn’t warn me so it was a bit of a surprise. They didn’t check how I wanted it styled at the end, just blow dried it into a frizzy mess and so I had to style it myself when I got home. Wouldn’t return.
