Booking Medspa via reatwell was a nightmare. I spent hours planning but once booked and paid, I received several calls, trying to change the time and date and even the procedure! They said the time slot was not available and I should cancel on treatwell & book with them directly at a higher price. But if I cancelled, I would not get my money back for up to a week (£140). In the end I had to accept an inconvenient time, and a shorter facial. They gave a voucher for 30 mins I did not want
Wasn’t welcome at all! End up not having massage as they overbooked , not even apologies! So disappointed
