Jillian talks with a very relaxing tone. There was extraction although not as many as I thought. I think she missed out on some whiteheads that I think needed removal. Facilities were clean and conducive to relaxation. It is located above a pharmacy in Notting Hill and would not really notice it if not for some posters in the windows outside. Convenient location though due to proximity to Notting Hill Station.
Staff were very friendly. Staff were very friendly. Towels in the treatment room smelled musty. The massage itself was excellent, but it wasn't a relaxing environment at all. The staff could be heard constantly chatting outside and the treatment room was next to a busy main road with the traffic noise intruding at all times. The salon lets down the staff's expertise.
Friendly staff but body scrub and massage not worth it. Could do the same at home
