I would give more stars if I could! Tina was incredibly warm and welcoming, and she skillfully worked out every knot. The hot towels and warm massage oil added an extra layer of relaxation to the experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

Combining firm deep tissue techniques, with an option of hot stone therapy and hot towels. Traditional thai techniques and approach with use of elbows and knees and safe stretching. Oil massage also available. Allow yourself to move towards clarity and a sense of peace.

May be used as part of a maintenance programme as well, to come in for regular sessions. Help to keep your mind clear and your body restored to better movement.
