I had a bad experience at this salon - patchy stripy highlights, fried hair and the most unprofessional environment! I had to write to complain and asked for money back as I had to get it fixed at another salon but was only offered to come back. No money back even though I left with wet damaged stripy fried hair! She was late by 20 minutes - I explained I had to leave by a certain time but could come back, she promised me she could do it in time and I left with wet hair. Aired me for week
