I had specifically booked Mitra for haircut and on entering no one to recieve at salon properly and ask. And later when on asking i did tell that cutting with mitra she never even came to me.. she was busy in other clients . Some random person from salon did the Trimming the so called haircut … a very poor blowdry later on.. not going back.. had been going in the past but no more .. hair doesnt even seem they had a cut .. Terrible experience

so much attention paid to washing and conditioning hair it felt great. made sure I had my hair cut the way I wanted it. has by hsid dried to add volume which made such a difference
