I went for my wax and enjoyed the overall treatment but since leaving I have several burns across my body leaving me with red pealing skin. I go on holiday tomorrow and having burns down my legs Is making me very insecure. I would like to receive a refund

I wasnt expecting to get my hair cut by my usual stylist Meetra, but there must have been a mixup and Meetra cut my hair as normal which was great.
