Came for eyebrow and eyelash lamination. Whole experience was terrible, she had me lying in the middle of the salon while dealing with several other customers at the same time. I could hear another customer complaining about her eyebrows and no one acknowledging her or taking her seriously while I was lying there. I asked her not to dye them too dark and keep them natural as my hair is blonde. My eyebrows are BLACK and I go on holiday in 2 days. They look awful. Worst salon experience of my life

It was so untidy, so dirty! My body was so sore while she waxed. She had little to no experience of waxing. I have sensitive skin, after I got back home it was all red. Got rashes on my skin! DONT go their for wax!!!!!! No hygiene at all. The way she pulled the wax strips was so sore.
