Booked my appointment on Treatwell. I arrived on time and one lady acknowledged me after 5 mins or so. They were accepting walk-ins and so after 20 minutes I had to leave. There was no real apology and I started receiving texts and calls asking me to return. Please don't accept appointments if you aren't able to honour them.
