They are nice people, but they don't know how to treat the hair. I went there for a hair trim and blow-dry. Although I paid the whole price for long and thick hair, they weren't patient with my hair. They pulled my hair so much that it was cut off from pulling so much, not by scissors. They use old brushes that are not kind to hair at all. I noticed the back of my hair had been cut the next day. Worst experience
