I didn’t catch the name of the beauty therapist, but she was so lovely, and somehow made the experience comfortable. I am such a big baby when it comes to threading, but this was as good as it gets!

As always very happy with all the services. I went for the 4 services offer, the hair cut and blow dry with Sumera was really good she knew my style and cant thank her enough for the good job. Also did a face polish with Sam - it was so relaxing as while i had the pack on my face she gave me a nice massage which helped me relax. Thanks Sam for this. I have booked a massage with her and hope i can make it.

Booked via Treatwell to get offer. I was asked by shop to cancel and book directly with them and confirmed offer remained.
I had never been before and shop floor was busy and nice however I was then taken to a basement room. The room was dark and dingy, there was hair on the bed, and a shower curtain pulled across. Someone came in halfway through and noisily looked for products behind shower curtain and then never closed the door. The therapist was lovely and no complaints about her.
