I asked to cut abit off i even showed her exactly where, and i even said not too short and it ended up being opposite of what i said it was too short. They did not listen to me. Also when i arrived i had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come approach me as nobody was standing at the desk. Awful customer service. Even worse, when i arrived home everyone said my hair was not cut properly and the layers were uneven and unblended. I will not be going back there again and wasting my money. A joke

It’s my first review at 40 years old! My stylist got my hair colour perfect!!! I can’t express how happy I am with my colour 😍😍. I did a full head of highlights with an ash blonde toner.
They squeezed me in last minute and made me look absolutely fabulous! And at a fantastic price, as always.
