Friendly staff and seemed alright for services like hair etc, but I had serious hygiene and cleanliness concerns. The foot bath was dirty, the room I was in was dirty and the files had white residue on them. The cleansing of the instruments seemed to be to half heartedly submerge them in disinfectant but some of them didn't really hit the liquid. Getting rid of dead skin was basically just a quick once over with a pumice stone that I'm not sure had been cleaned since the last customer. Wouldn't return.

It was smaller than I expected and when I walked in it was rather busy. It would have been good to put my coat and bag somewhere as I had to keep moving it every time I switched seats for washing drying cutting etc. Hiva did my hair and she did a brilliant job, I was so happy with the results. It got to closing time and instead of rushing or stopping work she continued to style my hair to make it perfect which I was impressed with. It was very good value for money and I will definitely go back for my next hair cut.

fantastic time this afternoon. staff were great with my two girls who sat whilst I had my nails done and then had their hair cuts. nails look gorgeous. great choice of colours and knowledgeable staff. nothing too much trouble. Thank you very much.
