I have been to this salon around 5/6 times and not one time have I been seen on time... So on this occasion I rang ahead of my appointment which was meant to be at 14:30 to make sure this was booked in. She asked if I could come in at 14:45 instead which I said was fine. I got seen at 15:12. I don’t mind 5/10 minutes but to ask me to move my appointment and then be another 20 minutes late I think is unacceptable. Like I said this isn’t the first time and on one previous occasion I was waiting for 45 minutes because they thought I was sat there waiting for someone. The treatment is what you pay for, Hollywood wax some bits are missed that I have had to pluck out myself but this time alot was missed, so much that I had to get in the shower and shave which defeats the whole point... It was with a girl who I haven’t seen before and during my treatment someone knocked on to see if she needed any help. but no issues with the underarm. I think I will start to use elsewhere as it’s very poorly time managed and unprofessional. Agree with comments that you dont have any privacy to undress, you’re just expected to get on the table straight away.

The girl was really fast but when I arrived nobody knew I was booked in and the prices were different from Treatwell(more expensive)

My third visit to this salon. I love the staff and the treatments are always very good. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I particularly recommend Amal for threading!
