Azita was amazing. It was my first time and she put me at ease and took care of me very well. She helped to calm me down through what would have otherwise been a very nerve wrecking experience. I would definitely recommend and will be back here again :-)

I have been to many salons before but there were not able to archive that hair colour I wanted. Mehak is brilliant make my hair lighter from jet black. My hair are looking more healthier then before.
And also love my brows shape

Salon was very busy. Eventhough I had an booking, staff looked very surprised and asked if I could come back in15 minutes.
Armpit waxing - Wax was very hot, I did let the beautician know but did not try and cool it down. It is the 3rd day after my treatment and they are still red, burnt. While having my treatment done, another beautician was asking to free up the room quickly! It felt very unprofessional!
Facial Treading - was ok. Had to tell the beautician 3x about hairs she left unthread
