The worker started doing blow dry and half way I was told you need to pay for that because you are having it, in front of other customers like I was trying to deceive them. Please tell people beforehand, don’t embarrass people in front of other customers. It is a hairdresser’s duty to inform people before starting any treatment. Also the lady who did my blow dry she didn’t understand the language, she has ruined my hair twice, dyed my roots dark last time and this time cutting was so bad.
