My booking was changed last minute and I was given this hairstylist Niloofer who knew nothing about hairstyling. I showed her photos of a hairstyle I wanted and she gave me all the reassurance in the world that she can make the exact same thing. It looked nothing like the picture I showed her. It was a complete mess wrapped up in a bun. I was late for the event so just decided to leave, cried on my way home and combed my hair through as soon as I got home as it had come all loose by then
