Visited for my first intimate wax. Sony was lovely, friendly, very reassuring, funny, very professional and explained everything.
Finding the salon was tricky so I was a bit late but that was error on my part, and they were absolutely fine about it!
Will be visiting here for all my personal needs in future :)
