my first time here, I felt very comfortable. I had a Hollywood, which I have had a few before but it’s been a while, and sony made me feel comfortable and talked to me throughout. no need to worry about the pain as she’s great with flichers like me I had no need to feel embarrassed. They called me a taxi on their on phones as I couldn’t. I just thought that was really nice of them. the wax was over in minutes and was made to be the least painful it could be. I’ll be returning! Thanku!
