My lashes look very good, and are generally evenly lifted save for a few kinky ones in the corner - so I'm pleased with the treatment in general! However, it was one of the more uncomfortable lash lifts I have had, feeling quite roughly done. The salon is also beneath a hairdressers and I could hear the other staff talking loudly outside the door during the treatment. Mel was lovely but if you're looking for a relaxing treatment this may not be the one.
