The atmosphere was very relaxing, Naomi very easy to chat to without it being an effort and knew her stuff.
The only thing I would do differently and this is my error as I was aware - the room was a mellow lighting to give a relaxing ambiance - which did work. However, I should have taken the colours into daylight by the door. I chose a bright pink which turned out to be neon pink in daylight rather than cerise/fuschia colour I thought it was. No worries though as I love it and it’s summer! ☺️

Naomi was great and I got a wonderful facial. Very relaxing and the massage was great. Naomi's facilities were very clean and pleasant. The atmosphere was very good and relaxing. However, the toilet, shared with the hair salon, could use more attention to cleanliness.
