I booked my eyebrow wax for 2.30 as I had another appointment at 3pm. I arrived at 2.25 but was left sat in reception until 2.55 - when I said I needed to leave for my other appointment I was rushed in. The previous clients waxing tissue paper all over the couch. Naomi rushed as she knew I needed to go but proceeded to leave wax all over my face under each eyebrow. Not a great experience and won’t return sadly .
