From start to finish I was extremely well informed. Naomi sounded well experienced and I found her to be very knowledgeable and informative. She gave me advice on other facial care when I asked. I felt reassured throughout the treatment and did not find it uncomfortable. My allergy was taken very seriously and that was important.
