I had long hair and showed her an old picture of mine, telling her this was the exact cut and length I wanted her to cut.
She cut my hair way too short, I have a short bob now! Whioe she was cutting I said that it's too short, she just said "you wanted it like this!"
She was rude, inconsiderate, ignored whatever I said and just did what she wanted. She didn't care about what I wanted and just kept cutting although she said she won't cut no more.
After I went home and cried. Don't go there!

Very kind and took care of me. I have dry and cracked nails from excessive biting but she was gentle and patient and gave me what I wanted despite the cracked nails I had. I recommend and will go back.

My hair colour comes out spot on, I loved it, except the dye dried my hair a bit, Sama was nice, there were another lady(I didn’t know her name) she made me coffee and blow dry my hair nicely, overall I liked the service and definitely I’m going back
