The pedicure was good, however the massage was on the electric chair - would be good to be more precise in description as I thought it was a hand massage.

I have long wavy curls and simply wanted a trim. I specified about 4-5cm taken off - around 10cm was removed. I asked for some long layers for shape, but got a blunt box instead. I was not asked how i wanted the blow dry - it was just given straight.
