I have never had a deep tissue massage and as a young woman I was uneasy about going to a masseuse after hearing some horror stories. BUT I messed my lower back when I went skating and I was in pain for months. Decided to see Melvyn because all the reviews were great. I have to say, he was kind, respectful, understanding and put me at ease. My back pain has pretty much gone completely and I am very grateful! Deffo recommend Melvyn and I will be going again! Thank you :)

Melvyn is friendly and knows what he is doing, would recommend for those that have hard knots and postural issues in particular that need correcting

I’m very particular about who I’ll go to for treatments, as I can’t be doing with anything that resembles a whisper on the wind. Don’t get me wrong, I’m very sure that Melvyn has the capabilities of producing such a massage if that’s your thing; I’m just more in the ‘get in there and help my body work better’ realm.
Brutal yet effective, his sports massage/ reflexology (that covered everything from my toes to my hip joints) was accompanied by calming music and a toasty room. Excellent!
