I really enjoyed the message and Amal was good at asking how I would like it and which areas to focus on. My only disappointment is it wasn't 1 hour, when I arrived it wasn't quite set up and then I got changed so it probably started around ten past the hour then at the end I had got changed and it was exactly 3pm when it should have ended so I would say it was only about 45 minutes. It's not clear when you book this includes the whole appointment and getting changed etc.

I always have my eyebrows threaded by menana, she is lovely and always does a great job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Usually everything is great at Menana, but my visit this time seemed rather rushed. I didn't feel as if I had full attention paid to me. When I returned home I saw that not everything had been waxed. It was OK, but I was slightly disappointed.
