Overpriced, especially for the lack of knowledge on different hair types. My (naturally long + thick) eyelashes shriveled and burnt off due to over processing. Seemed really annoyed I didn’t want to purchase additional aftercare products, but what actually compelled me to write this review was that the 2 girls thought I did not notice them laughing at me. I have really bad social anxiety and the mean girl attitude left such a bad taste. Will never come again.
