Overpriced, especially for the lack of knowledge on different hair types. My (naturally long + thick) eyelashes shriveled and burnt off due to over processing. Seemed really annoyed I didn’t want to purchase additional aftercare products, but what actually compelled me to write this review was that the 2 girls thought I did not notice them laughing at me. I have really bad social anxiety and the mean girl attitude left such a bad taste. Will never come again.

The treatment I had was the brown definition and lash lift. The atmosphere was really inviting as soon as I walked in. Loved the addition of the candles it really made the ambience calming. I was a bit nervous to begin with as I had never had anyone touch my eyebrows before. But after speaking to Luisa, she really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, she then recommended another treatment that would suit me better and I cannot thank her enough for the care and amazing job she did!
