It was my very 1st time in my life for lash extension experience.
I was slightly apprehensive at 1st, but the booking and communication was so smooth that I was put at ease.
I love the level of professionalism in the salon. There's a patch test before treatment and then treatment itself.
On the day of the treatment I was feeling very comfortable and looked after. The treatment itself was painless and comfortable.
Most of all- the lashes- I'm in love!

I have been going to Luisa for over a year now. She is a true artist. She does great work on lashes, brows (lamination and tinting) and waxing. I have used her for all of these services and she never disappoints. Her work is fabulous and I'm very picky! Would recommend to all.

Luisa did the most amazing job of my eyelashes, creating a long wispy look, and I am delighted. She is very talented! Plus, you have to trust the person you fall asleep in front of!!
They are even better than the eyelashes I used to have done at Harrods years ago.
