I wasnt sure about leaving a review as I do like Merci as a person. However, I noticed at the end of my appointment that she had been using one spatula the whole time. Dipping in the pot over and over during a Hollywood, leg and underarm wax. I was bruised in all 3 areas and had skin ripped from my knee.
I am questioning the validity of Merci’s qualifications and sadly won’t be returning.

She’s not qualified therapist for massage. No consultation before the treatment and during she wasn’t sure which area to follow as she started on the Back, then legg but decided to do the back again. No aftercare. Left me with oil all over which I wiped off with couch roll was disappointed because she had no qualifications in Anatomy & Physiology which is must for a massage therapist. I complained not giving the time she offered but she says that she keeps 15 minutes free to clean up at the end
