Merci is the best professional I've been to for waxing and is both thorough and so fast! She's also super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable, I've been a regular with her and will continue coming back for her excellent service!

Merci was very friendly and chatty but I didn’t have a great experience. I was disappointed in the hygiene standards throughout (one applicator stick and cotton wipe used throughout the wax on all areas, re-using the same plastic sheet from the last client, wax splattered up the wall, etc.), and there were still patches of hair left after the treatment. At times I felt very vulnerable as I was left totally naked without any covering for most of the wax, even after the bikini area was done.
