My appointment today was great, Merci was very Professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable straightaway. she took my temperature upon arriving, everything was clean, she walked me through what she was going to do and she made my waxing experience very good. Good service! Merci was really quick with the full leg waxing. I also had holiwood, which was done with hard wax. Considering the area, and the length of my hair (after two months), it wasn't too bad.
