The whole massage seemed very random and impersonal. For example when Merci done the opposite hand and leg it was a different technique used with parts missing to be massaged. It just felt rushed and lazy and I felt disappointed after leaving the appointment, especially when my monthly massage is something I cannot wait for. Also, I felt like I was bothering her every time I asked to go a little lighter on the massage.
